Terms of Service and Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-09-30

Universal Text Expander is a browser extension. The free version can be used without a purchase. Pro features require a license key bought through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and handles payment, invoices and taxes.

Plans

• Monthly and yearly: subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel auto-renew anytime from the extension's Pro tab ("Cancel auto-renew"), the link in your receipt email, or at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.

A license is for one person and may be activated on a limited number of browsers. Sharing or reselling keys is not allowed; keys that are abused may be disabled.

Refunds

If Pro doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Subscription renewals can be refunded within 7 days of the renewal if Pro was not used during that period. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, and the license key is disabled.

Your data

Your snippets stay in your browser. See the Privacy Policy.

Warranty

The extension is provided "as is". We work to keep it compatible with major websites, but some editors (such as canvas-based ones like Google Docs) are not supported.
